blog..but, since so many things have changed, it

was just easier to delete all those posts

so I can 'start brand new'.

If I Only Make One Resolution This Year

If I only make one resolution this year it has to be,

better communication.

This includes more frequent blog posts.

I'm terrible at communication.

In my defense, I've had my little bout

with being sick for several weeks (or was it months)

it seemed like forever.

Then, during this very same time, I had

accepted 7---count them--7 (what was I thinking)

painting commissions.

And, the whole debacle of shipping times.

Thank God for my husband!

He helped me get everything back on track.

I've finally ended my sale---which went a month

longer than planned---because of the

aforementioned.

I need the sales, but I think things may

slow down a bit, with my prices back to normal.

Perhaps, I'll get completely caught up!

That would be nice!

I did want to mention that I do

have some new paintings in my store

and I LOVE everyone of them!

Jaime is starting to feel better.

It has been an 'up and down'

couple of months for Jaime.

It started in October...with what

seemed like the flu or food poisoning.

Perhaps it was...doctors could only say

what it was not...

it wasn't strep..

it wasn't mono..

it wasn't....I don't know how many

things it wasn't..it just

wasn't clearing up like

we thought it should have.

Perhaps..she didn't give herself

enough time to recover the initial...whatever it was...

before going ahead and going

to the Halloween party they'd agreed to go to...

thankfully it was warm enough..so she didn't get chilled...

she just hadn't really 'bounced back fully'

and ended up

right back on her back...

dehydrated..feeling like s**t..

and back to the

hospital...more tests...more recovery time.

Thankfully...

she's starting to feel better.

Almost two months of wondering

what in the world is wrong with her...did she have

some horrible disease...just what the heck was going on?

So..if you may be wondering

where your painting or your print..etc..is at...

please be assured that it

is finally on it's way.

With the help of her husband

all of the overdue pieces have been shipped.

He'll be working hard.. over the

next few days.. to get her

completely current...and she will work...

as she feels up to it...on getting some new pieces painted.

She has finally listed all of the paintings

she had completed before she fell ill.

Something Different.

I'm doing something a little different with a few of my prints.

I'm offering prints of multiple canvas paintings, as large

fine art prints.

I will be listing these within the next few days.

Wednesdays in September--Revised

Sooooo....perhaps I spoke too soon!

Originally I liked the idea of having a 24 hour

sale...once a week...on Wednesdays,

through the month of September.

After re-consideration

and a couple of emails...

I've decided this is just not going to happen.

Sorry!!

I think my 24 hour sales may be over for this year...we'll see!

NEW NOTE---I am just

"playing it by ear"

on whether or when to have a 24 hour

storewide sale.

With all of the banking bail outs and what not...

I'll just take it a day..or a week...at a time

and do

'what feels right'.
